At Essex Youth Build, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive learning environment where young people can thrive. Based in Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, we are dedicated to helping our students gain essential trade skills, such as joinery, brickwork, and electrical work.
Led by Hayley Pearce, our team is passionate about empowering youth through practical, hands-on training and comprehensive educational programs. We believe in nurturing each individual’s potential, offering not only construction skills but also crucial functional skills like English, Math, and ICT.
We work closely with families, carers, support workers, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s development. Our goal is to equip our students with the qualifications, confidence, and experience needed to build successful careers and make positive contributions to their communities.
